Will I receive recordings after the program?
Yes, recordings (MP3, MP4, & PDFs) and other course materials are included in your tuition and will be made available after the course ends. Participants can access these materials for one year, after which they are removed from the portal. We recommend you download materials you wish to keep prior to the one-year deadline.
How do I access my Course Materials?
Log in to the IFM website using your email address and password. Select My Education from the menu on the left. Select My Courses. Select the Livestream folder. Navigate to this course and click the teal button.
Why does the teal button say "Complete" when I have not finished viewing the materials, taking the assessment, and/or attending the live stream event?
The button automatically switches to "Complete" after being clicked on, even if you are not yet finished with the course. This does not affect your ability to access any folder (including courses materials, livestream, and/or the assessment). When attending a livestream event, you will need to click on items that say "Complete" in order to re-access the broadcasts after break times.
Can I pause if I need to walk away for a moment?
While you cannot pause the program, there are scheduled break times. If you miss any sessions, you will be able to review the recordings afterward.
Is the time of the livestream adjusted for my time zone?
The schedule is initially listed in Pacific Time. On the Sessions tab, you can select your preferred time zone from the drop-down and the times will update accordingly.
How do I claim CME?
To obtain a CME Certificate/Certificate of Completion for this course you must attend the live stream and complete the course evaluation and assessment by October 11, 2023.
A certificate is automatically issued upon passing the course assessment. If you have any questions, please contact cme@ifm.org.

How long can I access the Virtual Exhibit Hall?
The Virtual Exhibit Hall will be staffed by company representatives during the conference. After the conference, it will remain open for additional viewing until October 8th.
Is there a conference discount for future APMs?
IFM’s 2023 winter APM offerings are currently available at the early bird tuition rate. All course attendees will benefit from $100 off the standard rate. The early bird rate is valid until 60 days prior to the APM, and the discount is automatically applied to the pricing you see on our website.
How do I enable or disable closed captioning during the live stream?
In the livestream video player, you can open or close the "Transcripts" tab on the right of the player to see live, AI captions.
